Processing Times

Standard Products

Every product listed on our website is crafted with care, and that takes time. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, standard items typically take 4 to 6 weeks to process before they are ready to ship.

This window covers quality checks, packaging, and preparation for safe transit. We do not cut corners here because a damaged shipment helps nobody.

Custom Orders

If you are ordering custom pieces, such as a specific hilt design, a unique blade style, or any modification that requires uploaded reference images, please allow 6 to 8 weeks or longer for processing.

Custom work involves additional craftsmanship, approval stages, and quality assurance, so the timeline can vary depending on the complexity of your request. Our team will give you a realistic estimate once we review your specifications, and we will keep you updated if anything changes along the way.

How Shipping Works

Once your order has been processed and cleared our quality inspection, here is what happens next:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.
  • All shipments are sent via trusted freight and parcel carriers experienced in handling heavy and sensitive goods.
  • Tracking information is typically available within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

Delivery times after dispatch depend on your location within the United States, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

For standard domestic shipments, you can generally expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Larger bulk orders shipped via freight may take slightly longer depending on the destination.

Packaging and Handling

We ship bladed products, heavy armor, and collectible weapons. That means our packaging standards are not negotiable.

Every item is individually wrapped and secured to prevent movement during transit. Bladed items are sheathed or covered with protective guards before boxing. Fragile components like ornamental hilts, engravings, and shield faces receive additional cushioning. Bulk orders are packed on pallets or in reinforced crates when necessary.
