At Swords Blade, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description, you may request a replacement or refund under the terms below.

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at sales@swordsblade.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if available.
  2. Await our authorization and a unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Ship the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

3. Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item. If the defect is confirmed, you will be offered:

  • Replacement of the same model, or
  • Full refund to your original payment method.

4. Non‑Returnable & Excluded Items

  • Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products showing signs of firing with improper ammunition or force beyond intended use.
  • Custom or personalized replicas made to order.

Swords Blade is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
