Ordering from Swords Blade is simple and straightforward. Whether you are a first-time buyer or a returning wholesale partner, here is how the process works from start to finish.

Step 1: Browse Our Catalog

Explore our full range of collectible swords (video games, movies,anime, belly dance, military, fantasy, and more), shields, knives, helmets, spears, and other medieval items. Use the product categories to find what fits your inventory needs. Take your time and review as many products as you like before moving to the next step.

Step 2: Add Items to Your Quote

Found what you need? Click the “Add to Quote” button on any product page to add it to your quote list. You can add as many items as you want. There is no limit, but remember that each product requires a minimum of 5 units per order.

If you need a custom design that is not listed in our catalog, visit our Custom Orders page to submit your specifications separately.

Step 3: Submit Your Quote Request

Once your quote list is ready, submit it along with your business details. Include your full name, business name, email address, phone number, and shipping address so our team has everything they need to prepare your quote.

Make sure to use a valid email and phone number. This is how we will send your quote and reach out to you if we need any clarification on your order.

Step 4: Receive Your Custom Quote

Our wholesale team will review your request and send you a detailed quote within 3 to 5 business days. Your quote will include per-unit pricing based on your selected products and quantities, shipping cost estimate, production timeline, and payment details.

If you have questions about the quote or want to adjust quantities, our team is available to help before you commit.

Step 5: Confirm and Pay

Once you are happy with the quote, confirm your order and complete payment using the method outlined in your quote. Full payment is required before production unless agreed otherwise in writing.

After payment, your order moves into production and you will receive updates until shipment.

What Happens After You Order?

Standard products take 4 to 6 weeks for production. Custom orders take 6 to 8 weeks or more depending on complexity. After production, items are inspected, packed, and shipped with tracking.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
