Welcome to Swords Blade. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, swordsblade.com, and any wholesale transactions you enter into with us. By accessing this website, creating a wholesale account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. We have written these terms in plain language because we believe both parties should clearly understand the rules of the relationship. If you have any questions before agreeing, please contact our team. We are happy to clarify anything.

Who These Terms Apply To

Swords Blade operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier. Our products and services are intended solely for registered businesses, licensed resellers, and authorized dealers who purchase in bulk for resale or commercial use.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are a legally registered business entity operating within the United States and that you are authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of that business.

We do not sell directly to individual consumers. If you are an end consumer looking to purchase for personal use, this website is not the right place for you.

Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications on our website are accurate and up to date. However, because our products are handcrafted collectibles, minor variations in finish, weight, color, and detailing may occur from one batch to another.

These small differences are a natural part of handcrafted production and do not qualify as defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that slight variations are part of the product’s character and craftsmanship.

If accuracy is critical for a specific listing in your store or catalog, we recommend requesting a sample before committing to a bulk order.

Custom Orders

Swords Blade offers custom orders for buyers who need specific hilt designs, blade styles, engravings, or other modifications. Custom orders require you to upload reference images and provide clear specifications at the time of order.

Here is what you should know about custom orders:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun.
  • Processing times for custom work are typically 6 to 8 weeks or longer, depending on complexity.
  • We will provide a timeline estimate after reviewing your specifications, but final delivery dates are not guaranteed due to the nature of custom craftsmanship.
  • Any changes to a custom order after production has started may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

If you need a sample or prototype before committing to a full custom bulk order, let us know. We can discuss options depending on the scope of your project.

Pricing and Payment

Swords Blade operates on a quote-based pricing model. We do not display prices on our website because wholesale pricing depends on several factors, including product type, order quantity, customization requirements, and shipping logistics.

To receive a quote, simply browse our catalog, select the products you are interested in, and submit your requirements through our website. Our team will review your request and send you a detailed quote that includes per-unit pricing based on your order volume, any applicable customization costs, and estimated shipping and handling fees.

All quotes are provided in U.S. dollars. A quote is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued unless otherwise stated. Once you accept a quote and confirm your order, the pricing outlined in that quote will be honored for that transaction, regardless of any changes to our general pricing.

Quoted prices do not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. Any tax obligations will be outlined separately before you confirm your order.

Full payment is required before your order enters production unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. For buyers with an established order history, we may offer flexible payment terms such as Net 30 on a case-by-case basis. These arrangements are entirely at our discretion and can be revised or revoked at any time.

Minimum Order Quantity

All orders placed through swordsblade.com require a minimum of 5 units per product. Orders that do not meet the minimum quantity will not be processed.

If you need a quantity below the minimum for sampling purposes, contact our team directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website does not guarantee acceptance. Every order goes through a review process, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, product unavailability, or concerns about the buyer’s account.

Once your order is reviewed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. That confirmation is when the agreement between you and Swords Blade becomes binding.

Shipping and Delivery

Our full shipping terms are outlined on our dedicated Shipping Policy page. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described there, including processing times, packaging standards, and procedures for handling damaged or lost shipments.

For quick reference, standard products require 4 to 6 weeks for processing, and custom orders require 6 to 8 weeks or more. Delivery timelines after dispatch vary by your location and the shipping method you select.

Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

We stand behind the quality of our products, but we also recognize that issues can arise. Here is how we handle refunds or returns:

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive products that are defective or damaged during transit, contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Orders

If we shipped the wrong items or incorrect quantities, notify us within 7 business days of delivery. We will correct the error at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind or Overstock

We do not accept returns for change of mind, overstock, or buyer’s remorse on standard orders. Wholesale purchasing carries inherent planning responsibility, and we expect our buyers to order accordingly.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final. No returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted for custom products once production has begun.

Restocking Fees

In rare cases where a return is approved outside of defect or damage situations, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value may apply. This will be communicated clearly before any return is processed.
